Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class unless expedited shipping is requested. Tracking information will be shared upon shipment, but will not provide details until the package enters the USPS system.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped. I currently offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates and times vary by destination. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
PACKAGING All of my paintings are carefully packaged in rigid cardboard boxes and professionally packaged with bubble wrap for ensured security.
AUTHENTICITY Dana Richardson's original artwork is delivered with an official Certificate of Authenticity to ensure art collectors of a secure, authentic art investment. Your Certificate of Authenticity is custom designed, hand embossed with Dana's logo, dated and hand signed by the artist.

MATERIALS & CARE As part of my commitment to environmentally friend practices, I use eco friendly materials, such as non-toxic earth pigments, walnut oil binders and non-toxic solvents.
HANGING Each painting arrives ready to be mounted on your wall with a D-Ring Wire Hanging carefully installed on the back of the canvas.
PAINT Since oil paintings continue to "cure", slowly continue to loosing moisture during their lifetime, it is best for the painting longevity to be stored at room temperature with breathable space for the painting's surface.
COLOR My non-toxic earth pigments are light safe and made to hold their vivid colors. However, to increase the longevity of the original color palette, avoid storing paintings in direct sunlight. If dust builds up on the painting over time, wipe the dust off with a lint free cloth. The surface may be gently wiped with a small amount of walnut oil on a lint free cloth to help remove excess dust.
